Matching Challenge And Grandparent’s Day

|

September 17, 2023

Hello Community!

Thank you for all of the generous contributions in the past 26 days. We are 96 hours away from the end of this challenge and we are ALMOST there. We have just over $14,000 in contributions and/or pledges from you and $15,000 pledged from our entire staff and board. Can you help get us to our $30,000 total? And if we make this challenge, we will have raised nearly $100,000 since mid-June when our campaign first started. These contributions have been monumental in helping us prepare to launch this next phase of Dar a Luz!

If we have provided you and your family with care that exceeded your expectations and you would like to share this with other family members or friends, please forward this email along! You can contribute here on our website. And if you have Facebook, you can share our current fundraiser here

Please help us meet this goal in the next 96 hours! Thank you again for all of your contributions and support!

Last Sunday was Grandparent’s Day and it was a lovely little gathering. It was our first in-person event since early 2020 and it was a success. Here are a few photos. And a HUGE THANK YOU to ChocGlitz and Cream, Los Ranchos Bakery, and Cravin’ Cookies for their generous donations of delectable cookies and ice cream! Make sure you stop by and support these local businesses!

Stay tuned for more events and good news to come!

With gratitude,

Abigail, staff and board
