Free and open to all! 

Meets in-person at Dar a Luz every Wednesday, from 9:30 am – 11:30 am

  • Connect with new friends
  • Get out of the house
  • Share birth experiences
  • Brainstorm and share parenting tips/tricks

***Dearest Friends, please leave your carseats in your car, if possible, and be mindful of your belongings. We want to keep items/car seats tucked out of the way of foot traffic through the clinic.***
