Management of mood disorders before, during, and after pregnancy such as depression, anxiety, insomnia, OCD, PTSD, and PMDD
As independent women’s health providers, we have the ability to evaluate and treat basic mental health and mood disorders.
We strongly advise clients to utilize mental health providers for individuals, couples or group therapy. If your condition is more complex and/or requires management with multiple medications, we will have to refer you to a specialist.
We can help you find a therapist or specialist within our community for continued mental health support and treatment.
